We believe that coming to Sydney is all about “the experience” and not just the city’s iconic sites. That’s why we have developed small private and personal tours for as few as two people that can be adapted at any time to suit the needs of our clients. We are committed to giving you the best possible day out in Sydney or its surrounding areas and your driver/guide is with you the whole time as an escort, friend, and of course a wealth of information. We have also developed a number of signature tours as part of the Real Sydney package, so if you’re not sure what it is you want to see…don’t worry we have taken great lengths to develop interesting and personal itineraries for you.

We started Real Sydney Tours because we wanted to share our enthusiasm and love of Sydney in an exciting, informative but also personal way. Let’s face it…you don’t forget a good tour guide or the tour they have given you and our aim is for every one of our clients to leave us feeling they have had a truly special experience by being shown the Real Sydney.

As we grow, Real Sydney Tours has recruited only the very best tour guides in Sydney and each one is a Professional Member of the Institute of Australian Tour Guides.

Darryl is the owner and manager of Real Sydney Tours.

“We arrived here from South Africa over 25 years ago and I am proud and happy to call this beautiful harbourside city of Sydney home. This love of the city evolved into wanting to share it with our visitors.

Australia is really the Land Down Under. We are more than a hop, skip and kangaroo jump from the rest of the world, but it’s worth the trip. We want to share our favourite things about Sydney with you.

Sydney is a city of many villages, each with their own unique personality, character and architecture. After enjoying the icons we take you into the heart of local village life where the big buses are not able to venture. This is the REAL Sydney where you will get a REAL sense of how we live, work, play and eat.
